Nunu Baby knows how excited you are to get your pet supplies, so we deliver them quickly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). We will pack and prepare your order for shipment within this timeframe. The order cut-off time is 5 pm GMT (Greenwich Meantime).

We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same day. We will process orders placed after 5 pm GMT, on weekends, or public holidays the following business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

As soon as it ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • These estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Tracking your order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery's progress on the shipping carrier's website or our website.
